Meh, mothers eh Hsing ! :D Mine is just the same, except she does tend to forget more and more these days and so ends up doing the same routine several times at me... It's not really funny, I mean, I'll be old and insane one day, and maybe even a mother by then. But yeah, I guess it's better to laugh kindly at things like this than get annoyed or depressed...

Mama's gonna make all of your nightmares come true
Mama's gonna put all of her fears into you
Mama's gonna keep you right here under her wing
She won't let you fly but she might let you sing
Mama's gonna keep baby cozy and warm
Of course mama's gonna help build the wall

    :-D

I think it's a fact of nature that mothers will always worry for their children.

My mother doesn't worry for me. She does have a worryingly Oedipalistic (sp?) relationship with my brother, though.

Oh, and a tendancy for alarmatism.

    My dad is nuts.

    KK: :D Love that song.

not as oedipal as the relationship that mynona's brother has with their mother, i hope.

I really hope they haven't got an oedipedian relationship. A mother-son one is enough by far
