Stopping this one gets my vote. We all know how easy it is to follow genuine looking links only to find ourselves on dubious web pages. Even accidentally coming across these pages could cost you your web connection. Not good.
Noticed this particular issue cropping up about a year and a half ago, if memory serves. I see the bill itself didn't change in its final form - it's still as draconian and undemocratic as it was originally discussed. Take care, guys. This one's not pretty.
