There's a bit in Thud where Colon starts saying it. He's with Nobby and it's whilst they're at the museum after the painting is stolen.
It would make sense in Jingo but it must be Thud. I can hear Stephen Briggs saying it and I don't have Jingo on cd.
thanks everyone. I finally found it. It's Thud p68 pbk edition. Love the way he does that to us. The song and the Chan movie makes everyone think the answer is one thing then Pratchett surprises us with a different response.
