War... war never changes. If I haven't already sent it to you, I've finally tracked down a version of the fanmade pen and paper rules for Fallout, one of the best damn computer RPGs of all time. Fallout is a post-apocolyptic semi-sci-fi setting. Late in the 21st century, American and China went to war and as a result of it, about 95% of the planet was wiped out in a matter of minutes. A hundred years later, people are rebuilding civilization. The setting is rich and very atmospheric, the rule system is quite accessible, and it's a chance for a good change of pace from sword & magic fantasy.
