Spoiler for anyone that can't make out what he's saying, or couldn't get the link to work. Basicly what happens is the guy on the phone witnesses an accident and gives a running commentary on what he is seeing. A car runs a red light and clips the front end of another vehicle carrying four little old ladies. When the driver of the first car gets out and starts hurling abuse as if it's the fault of the ladies, he goes to their window to yell at them and gets pepper sprayed. The four little old ladies then proceed to beat the crap out of him, two with umbrellas, one with a handbag, and one with a bible.
I've heard this one before. I let my mom and dad listen to it and my dad was laughing so hard he started crying. That's quite a funny incident.
