Following on from Terry
Pratchett's announcement at The Colour of Magic screening that the most likely next
candidate for filming will be Going Postal, UK TV company Sky has announced
that it's investing 10 million pounds (20 million dollars) in new dramas in the
near future, one of which will be Terry Pratchett's Discworld novel, Going
Postal. The Mob Film Company, who were responsible for the BAFTA winning
Hogfather and upcoming The Colour of Magic, are said to be undertaking the
project with Rod Brown and Ian Sharples as producers,
which will be aired as a two part feature some time in 2009.
