Terry Pratchett, author of the vastly popular Discworld novels, will be one of the guests at the Second Moscow International Open Book Festival that takes place on 12th June 2007.
The festivals is comprised of five different areas; books, children, music, an exhibition and cinema projects. Visitors to last year's festival will already be familiar with the aforementioned setup, but should find additional attractions such as a contest with poetic video clips and Haiku workshop with a Japanese calligraphy master in residence.
As well as Terry Pratchett other featured guests include: Thomas Meineke, Magnus Florin, Ulf Stark and concerts by various interesting musicians: (Gamine (UK), Susanna and The Magical Orchestra (Norway), Jeanne Balibar feat. Poni Hoax (France), Rodolphe Burger feat. Olivier Cadiot (France), DJ Spooky (USA), Arno (Belgium), Yevgeni Grishkovetz & Bigudi(Russia), Delfin (Russia), Ilya Lagutenko (Russia).
