Just to feel what I do when you say you love me
Beast within:
I am the beast within
Living in eternal sin
Mocking night and day
Brilliance gone astray
Come a little closer now
Close your eyes and take a bow
You're trapped within my spell
Welcome to the darkest hell
I am the beast within
No one knows my kin
Taken from the light of day
Never to return from far away
I bind you in your sleep
You’ve never been this deep
Come now don’t you dare
You’re being ridden by my nightmare
I am the beast within
The thread of hope is thin
Your spirit is forever burning
But I, your head, am turning
You think you’re going insane
I comfort you, it’s only pain
You’ll do what I say because you fear
To never see the light, to never be near
