I'd just like to comment on something for clarification. CJ, I'm very glad you've rejoined us, but I was looking back over your first post and it sounds like it could be taken as a dig at US as much as the assholes.

I know you didn't like the continual flame wars, and I don't think you were fond of the political stuff, but was it a situation where the community took itself too serriously for you? If so, I'm worried you may find yourself wanting to leave again. and that would mean no hampster pants for anyone.

No, it wasn't a dig at the community at all. I don't mind the community taking itself seriously. I've submitted enough long posts where I'm taking it just as seriously as everyone else to show this.

I left the old one because it had become a place I didn't want to be, because of the massive argument and the trolling. Things were ugly, whichever way you look at it, whatever your stance on the argument is.

And I said to myself, 'I am glad that I am not a clockfeet.'

And, before anyone goes sniffing out trouble, I'd like to remind people that you don't HAVE to take these boards as serriously as we do. You don't need to participate in the political stuff...

You just have to respect that we take them serriously, and abide by the decisions we make in the political discussions.

Also, I'd like to say that Chris is not goth. He's a furry.
