I'm back again. I had much work for school so I had no time to come. I uploaded some photos from my new camera.

Just thought I'd let everyone share a 'drab, dull and bleak' view of our northern city in Autumn. Contrary to popular beliefs, we do not live entirely in a monochrome environment.

I was just going through some of the 'chocolate box' shots from the past couple of months and as Summer is leaving us rapidly, I thought this little selection would brighten up everyone's day.

Nice human interest shots, Gypsy (I love 'The Fly') and those scenic views from July...wow!
Aren't I glad I took all those thousands of slides over the past 40 years? Where's my scanner?

Ok...in order to up my hate points, and get Joc started on that voodoo doll.....
I GOT A NIKON D90 AND I LUV LUV LLLLLLLLLOOOOVE IT! There! I said it! Happy?...
    ...I know I am.*

In all seriousness, it's too much of a camera for me at present, but does a fantastic job in Auto mode, so I have some time to get studying the manual. I wanted a camera I could grow into, and grow with, so I opted for the newer model of the entry level - amateur pro range.....and there's a lot of growing to be done. I keep discovering new things each time I pick it up. The recent shots were taken with an 18-105mm lens, but I went to buy lens cleaner today....and errm.....bought another lens (70-300 eep!)

    ....oooh...what does this button do?.....

*although I may not be eating for the next month.

Oh, come on, Gypsy. Pleeeeease, tell me again. What is your new camera? Remember, you are standing at 5/10 for personal hate points. I'm already melting the wax for the voodoo doll. He he he.
