Sounds good to me. Especially a story about Vimes. My favourite Character, but i must say; a slightly strange title!

Snuff has more than one meaning.

Vimes likes to smoke & snuff is a tobacco product snuffed through the nose.

Snuff can also relate to murder, to be snuffed out.
