You know, seeing stuff like this saddens me and makes me gasp at the deep and ugly stupidity of people.

Sorry for the language and bad grammar, but what a fucking utter waste of skin this idiot is, and she is a parent too.

And the same goes for the (I shudder to think) losers who would pay to watch her eat junk food. I mean come on...

Articles I've read hint she's got some sort of psychological disorder and a few co addicts in her family who supported this behaviour in the first place. Hope she gets help before she's harmed herself and her family (the kid she's got to look after) seriously. (I know the popular connection between BMI and health often is superficial - but gaining that forcibly and quickly can, for example, do more damage on the liver than years of binge drinking.)

Maye it's just a defense mechanism, but when i see things like this i just assume it's bullshit. After all, it's the daily sodding mail that did the interview.

I think I'm at the 'I'll believe practically anything' stage in my life. After seeing some of the things that come through my desk as a medical publisher...I'll believe practically anything - up to and including the report on a guy who used a soda bottle as an 'aide' to happy happy time*, and when it got stuck on his whatsit refused to seek medical help; he was found dead in his room by his flat mate a few days later after developing blood poisoning. I pretty much think this could be true ('I wanna die' lady).

There are people out there who are, unfortunately, really good candidates for psychiatric assistance.


*There were pictures so I pretty much had to believe. It's amazing what will make a 57 year old woman who used to baby sit you have to sit down on the floor because she's laughing too hard....oooh, the stories we could tell...

She was on the news last night giving interviews. She has a website where you can donate and watch her eat... The photo on it is hideous.

The lady in question is called Donna Simpson ( not to be confused with Donna Lea Simpson who I believe is an author)

To add to the confusion, a recent google search also revealed she models on a glamour site under the name of 'Treasure'.

I think the whole subject is fairly odd just because it's been reported on. It's so olde-worlde-shock-horror-people-are-wierd-web circa 8 years ago.
