I do believe that a lot of people here have realized two things: One is that sifting through the huge pile of crap that is Google's database is a pointless effort that is going to take forever and ever.

The second important thing the parties involved have managed to work out is that damage to one's reputation leads to loss of revenue.

What an utter waste of time and money on this legal battle, though. And what a hollow legal victory it ended up being...
