A note on funds:

For those who have already discussed their investigator finances with me, 10% of your property is cash in the bank, readily available. An extra 10% is stocks and bonds, convertible to cash within a month. The remaining 80% is pure property.

This is true unless I have said otherwise while discussing your particular character.
