saw Hanible rising the other day. as a book-to-film it was terrible. the introduction wasn't true to the book or even remotely historically acurate. which was annoying. the rest of the film was remarkably dull with key scenes missing. they perverted the book so much i could hardly watch.

as a film it was also crap.
