I've just been reading Guards! Guards! for the first time in a long while and I must admit that as I read it, I thought back to the discussion on who could play Vimes, and the suggestion of Hugh Laurie, and thought that yes, actually, he would be just right... and then I saw Nobby. Yes, I mean saw him, as in looked in to my brain and there he was sitting, sucking at a dog-end...

And it was Tony Robinson !

I know, you're gonna say I've been overdoing the Blackadder. Well, ok, maybe, but still, Tony (I've watched so much Blackadder we're on doing first-names now) did read many audio books of the diskworld, and although I haven't had a chance to listen to any of them, he has always seemed just right. I guess that by now he's slightly older, I haven't seen him recently, but him in Blackadder is just the way I see Nobby...

Any other suggestions ? (I'll add them in the poll if they're good, 'cos I can't think of anyone else right now...)
